Trident Java Fern is an uncommon variant that grows unique, trident-shaped leaves. This plant looks very beautiful when grown as a clump mounted on a hardscape such as rock or wood. Alternatively, it can just be freely positioned in between gaps such as between two rocks like how we did in our aquascape below.
It is a strong and easy plant, just like the standard Java Fern. It is best positioned around midground. It can also be used at the foreground for large tanks to create foreground fern bush effect or it can be used as a background plant in smaller aquariums.
