Anubias Nana Petite is a mini dwarf variant originally cultivated by Oriental Aquarium in Singapore. It is a very strong plant that can tolerate a wide range of conditions. It is best positioned in the foreground or midground of an aquascape. If it is planted into substrate, only the roots should be covered. The rhizome must not be planted to prevent it from rotting.
Anubias Nana Petie is a low light aquarium plant that remains small, making it great even for small tanks. It is very easy to care and undemanding, making it suitable for beginners.
Aquarzon observes that many Anubias Nana Petite sold commercially are actually outdoor emersed grown or tissue-culture grown by nurseries. Do note that tissue culture or emersed grown Anubias Nana Petite can melt when transitioned to an aquarium. It is important to choose submersed grown Anubias Nana Petite when buying for the purpose of planting in an aquarium to avoid melting issues.
All Aquarzon Anubias Nana Petite are 100% submersed grown and cared in our aquarium indoor. They are guaranteed to be healthy, clean and ready to be planted in a new aquarium straight. We also ensure that they are free from the dreaded Anubias disease which causes sudden melting and can infect others. They are only offered for sale once it meets our quality control standards.
