Rotala Indica sp, Bonsai is a cute stem plant that grows very rounded and mini leaves.
Aquarzon observes this plant as being able to grow in a very vertical direction with uniformity and symmetry especially if the lighting intensity is directly above it is uniform. Due to its small size, it is best used as a midground plant and is a good choice for nano, small and medium-size aquarium tanks.
It can grow reddish tips especially when grown under higher intensity lighting which can be seen from some of the photos we took.
Submersed grown Rotala Bonsai may costs a bit more than a usual stem plant as it its slower growing than most other stem plants.
This plant is best used in an aquascape that requires a pretty and very neat midground plant that can grow compact. It is best planted as a neat and compact bush.
This plant grown by Aquarzon is 100% submersed grown indoor and is very clean, free from weeds and outdoor pests. It is not tissue culture or emersed grown stock which can suffer transitional melting issues when planted in an aquarium. Our indoor submersed grown stock is in very healthy condition and ready to be planted straight in an aquarium.
