This listing is for the larger version which is 6.5cm height and 6cm diameter which is better as it provides more space for growing aquarium plants.
It is not the mini cup version which is usually just 4cm X 3.5cm which is too tiny for most plants.
This glass pot is excellent for holding and growing aquarium plants on the front, side or back of your tank. It can be used for growing different type of aquarium plant such as mosses, stems plants (with the use of substrate), Anubias and Bucephalandra (attached to a stone or using substrate)
There are many possibilities with this including growing Micranthemum 'Monte Carlo', Glossostigma Elatinoides, Pennywort (Hydrocotyle Tripartita) or similar carpeting plants and letting them overgrow to create an overhanging plant visual effect.
It can also be used to grow Bucephalandra and Anubias at elevated levels and closer to your aquarium lights to receive stronger lighting for better plant growth.
