Barclaya Longifolia is an uncommon and beautiful plant that grows rounder and more oval leaves compared to Crypts. This plant is excellent for hobbyists who love Cryptocoryne.
While it is essentially a plant from the lotus family, it does not grow floating leaves unlike most lotus. It still grow babies from its base from its bulb.
This plant can grow quite big and is suitable to be used as a midground plant (or background plant when it has grown large).
Photo shown is an example of how Barclaya Longifolia grows, when it becomes a mother plant. The plant for sale here is a younger plant, around 5 leaves and plant height usually around 10-13cm.
