The Rare Schismatoglottis Prietoi has Anubias-like wavy leaves and can be planted directly into the substrate, making it an excellent foreground-to-midground plant.

If you like Anubias and wish they are plantable into substrate, this is for you.

It is known as "Philippines Anubias" even though it is not a true Anubias as it looks similar to an Anubias and is endemic to the Philippines.

To complement this plant, Anubias Kirin is excellent as it has a similar appearance. Aquarzon's recommendation is to use the
Schismatoglottis Prietoi in the foreground planted into substrate while the Anubias Kirin can be attached to rock or wood behind.
