Bolbitis Gua Angin is an extremely rare micro Bolbitis species that grows naturally small in aquariums. In most aquariums, it grows to around 5-7cm in height, making it an excellent foreground plant or midground plant (when attached to wood or rock).
Aquarzon recommends that this unique micro fern be used as a special foreground/midground feature plant, which will be a true highlight of an aquascape. Â
We recommend getting a few plants for stunning cluster effect which can be seen from our cluster photos near the bottom of this listing.
Aquarzon observes Bolbitis Gia Angin as growing very narrow fern leaves with unique chainsaw-like edges and special curling leaf shape.
Based on Aquarzon originates from the river of Gua Angin (Wind Cave) in Sarawak, Malaysia.Â
The Bolbitis Gua Angin that we propagate is 100% true Bolbitis Gua Angin that stays small in aquarium conditions. We obtained the original specimen from a highly experienced hobbyist in Australia many years ago.
