Alternanthera Reineckii Rosaefolia is also known as Alternanthera Reineckii Pink. It can grow medium to large leaves with striking pink underside which is lovely.

Unlike  Alternanthera Reineckii Mini (AR Mini), this AR Pink can grow tall with larger leaves, making it good as a midground and background stem plant.

In Aquarzon's growing experience, this is one of the easier coloured stem plants which is beginner-friendly.

This large leaf stem plant is best used in an aquascape that requires a nice pink stem plant with large leaves. Most of the pink and red colouration are on the underside while the top side is usually green. This creates a nice subtle contrast.

It is a relatively easy plant that is fine in low tech aquarium as it does not require Co2 supplementation. As long as it gets adequate lighting, it can remain healthy.

Medium lighting level and above would be best. 

This plant grown by Aquarzon is 100% submersed grown indoor and is very clean, free from weeds and outdoor pests. It is not tissue culture or emersed grown stock which can suffer transitional melting issues when planted in an aquarium. Our indoor submersed grown stock is in very healthy condition and ready to be planted straight in an aquarium.
