The Christmas Moss grown by Aquarzon is 100% true Vesicularia Montagnei and it is not Peacock Moss ((Taxiphyllum sp. 'Peacock').

This special bulk offer is good if you intend you get a larger amount of moss especially for giving moss coverage to a certain area such as to cover your driftwood and rocks. It can also be used to make a moss wall or moss carpet.

The main difference between Christmas Moss and Java Moss is that Christmas Moss can grow beautiful triangle-shaped fronds and grows more compact than Java Moss. Java Moss tends to grow wilder and more stringy.

Christmas Moss is one of the most beautiful mosses that is easy to grow and undemanding. It grows compact and forms triangle shape fronds when grown in high lighting aquariums. In lower lighting tank such as in low tech tank, the triangle fronds are less apparent but it can still grow fine and remain healthy (we have uploaded different photos and one of the photos shows how it looks like when grown in low tech and low lighting environment whereby the triangle fronds are much less apparent) and it becomes less compact
