Barclaya Longifolia is a beautiful plant that can grow attractive reddish, pinkish and burgundy leaves depending on lighting levels. It is quite an easy plant that is non-demanding.
While it is essentially a plant from the lotus family, it does not grow floating leaves unlike most lotus. It still grow babies from its base from its bulb.
This plant can grow quite big and is suitable to be used as a midground plant (or background plant when it has grown large).
